OUR FIRST STEPS
The Molí was built in the 15th century using stones sourced from the nearby quarries. It was constructed during the same period when the Ducal Palace of Gandia (Palau Ducal de Gandia), the golden age of Valencia, was being built. The solidity of this building, despite its modest size, is a testament to that era. It can accommodate up to 200 guests.
The venue retains its original machinery and features ceilings made of sturdy wooden beams. Underneath the building flows a small stream that once powered the mill, and it can be observed through a glass window.
For the bride's convenience, we also provide a readily accessible room on the upper floor that she can use during the celebration.

We call it La Pajarera (The Aviary) due to its exterior appearance, but the only sensation you'll have inside is that of spaciousness, freedom, and comfort. La Pajarera is an open, spacious, and bright space. Its walls are made of glass, offering breathtaking views of our gardens and allowing abundant natural light to flood in.
La Pajarera can accommodate up to 650 people and features a romantic bar and all the technical amenities your celebration requires. You can enjoy our background music, live music performances, and even a large orchestra.
